Mother, Infant, Among Several Killed by Hurricane Florence

Paramedics transported a man to a local hospital after tree toppled on a group of people in Wilmington, N.C. Despite a coordinated rescue effort by firefighters, paramedics and doctors, they were not able to save the lives of a mother and infant who were trapped beneath the tree.
