Pa. surpasses 1,000 measles cases, largest state outbreak in over 30 years
With 198 hospitalizations and five deaths since April, Pennsylvania's outbreak is the largest since the early 1990s, as New York declares a disaster emergency and the CDC reports nearly 3,900 cases nationwide amid falling vaccination rates
