Chief Operations Officer, Central Mississippi

Freddie has been actively involved in emergency services since 1996 as firefighter at the

Reservoir Fire Department, bringing nearly three decades of experience to the field. He has

served as a Paramedic since 2003 and became a Registered Nurse in 2013. Throughout his

career, Freddie has held a wide range of roles in both Ground EMS and Air Medical

operations, demonstrating leadership and clinical excellence in high-pressure environments.

Most recently, he served as the Director of Operations for Pafford EMS Mississippi before

being promoted to his current role as Chief Operating Officer, where he oversees system-wide

operations and ensures the delivery of high-quality emergency medical services across the

region.
